What makes a move-out clean different
A standard clean is judged by how the flat looks. A move-out clean is judged against a check-in inventory, which means the places nobody looks at day to day become the whole job: the inside of the oven, the seal on the washing machine drawer, the top of kitchen cupboards, the grout behind the shower and the tracks under the windows.
We book move-out cleans as a fixed job rather than by the hour, so the price does not move because the flat took longer than expected. Add-ons are not needed — the full checklist is included. Ironing, laundry and folding are not part of this service.
Book it after the van, not before
The most common mistake is booking the clean while furniture and boxes are still in the flat. Cupboards, wardrobes and the space behind appliances cannot be reached, and those are exactly the areas an agent checks.
Aim for the day after your belongings are out and one to two days before the final inspection. That leaves room for a re-clean if anything is queried, and hourly slots run Monday to Saturday, 7am to 9pm.

No honest cleaner can guarantee a deposit outcome, because deposits also cover damage, wear and unpaid rent. What we promise is narrower and testable: if your letting agent or landlord raises a cleaning issue within 48 hours of our visit, tell us and we will return and re-clean the flagged areas free of charge.

- Yes, ideally. Furniture and boxes block the cupboards, wardrobes and appliance surrounds that agents inspect most closely. If some items must stay, tell us in the notes so we can plan around them.
- Do you clean carpets and windows too?
- Carpets are hoovered thoroughly and interior windows, sills and tracks are cleaned as standard. Professional carpet steam cleaning and exterior window cleaning are not included — ask us and we will point you to the right specialist.
- What if my landlord is not happy with the clean?
- Contact us within 48 hours of the visit with the specific issues raised. We return and re-clean the flagged areas at no extra cost.
