Why we quote 2 bedroom flats individually
Two-bed apartments in London vary far more than small flats. A converted Victorian two-bed with two bathrooms and a long hallway is a different job from a new-build with an open-plan living space, even though a bedroom-count price list would charge them the same.
Rather than publish a number we would have to revise on the doorstep, we ask for a short description — bedrooms, bathrooms, floor type and whether it is a standard, deep, recurring or move-out clean — and reply by email with a fixed price. Nothing is charged until you have accepted that quote in writing.
What a 2 bedroom apartment clean covers
The checklist is the same one we use for smaller flats, extended across the extra bedroom and any additional bathroom: kitchen first, bathrooms next, bedrooms, living space, then floors throughout in a single pass.
Deep apartment cleaning adds inside cupboards, limescale and grout treatment, skirting boards, door frames and window sills. Recurring apartment cleaning keeps a two-bed on top of the build-up that makes deep cleans necessary, and is usually the better value option for a shared flat.
Sharing a two-bed?
Flatshares are the most common 2 bedroom booking we take. We can clean shared areas only — kitchen, bathroom, hallway and living room — and leave private bedrooms untouched, which keeps the cost down and avoids needing everyone home at once.
Mention it in the booking notes and the quote will reflect the reduced scope.

- Yes, on a quoted basis. Our published prices cover studios and 1 bedroom flats because those are our specialism, so for a two-bed we ask for your layout and email a fixed price instead of estimating from a price list.
- How do I get a 2 bedroom quote?
- Open the booking form, choose “Other Specific Service”, and describe the flat in the notes: number of bathrooms, floor types, whether you want a standard, deep, recurring or move-out clean, and any add-ons. We reply by email with a fixed price.
- How long does a 2 bedroom apartment clean take?
- Typically 4–5 hours for a standard clean and 7–9 hours for a deep clean, depending on bathrooms and condition. The quote confirms the expected duration so there is no open-ended hourly bill.
- Can you clean only the shared areas of a flatshare?
- Yes. We can restrict the clean to the kitchen, bathroom, hallway and living room and leave bedrooms untouched. Say so in the notes and the quote will be priced for that scope.
- Is the quote binding?
- The price we email is the price you pay for the scope described. If you show us something on arrival that was not in the brief, we will tell you the difference before starting rather than adding it afterwards.
